There are no monthly Internet access fees. No minimum usage requirements. And, no expiration date on the minutes purchased. Local access in the U.S. and Canada is 1 cent per-minute (or less). 1-800 dialup as well as dialup outside the lower 48 contiguous United States is available at a higher rate as noted on each plan.

 
For Example:
An account opened using the $60 plan provides Internet access within the lower 48 contiguous United States and Canada at the rate of .75 cents per minute. That's 3/4ths of 1 cent (less then a penny) per minute. Using the same username account, 1-800 dialup Internet access is available in the lower 48 contiguous United States at the rate of 4.9 cents per minute. For locations outside the lower 48 U.S. such as U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, 1-800 dialup is available at the rate of 19.6 cents per minute. Dialup outside the U.S., using regular dialup numbers (non-toll free style), Internet access is available at the rate of 9.8 cents per minute.
